Return Window
For eligible items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Return Eligibility
Items should be unused, clean, and returned in their original condition where possible. We may not be able to accept returns for items that are worn, damaged after delivery, altered, or missing original packaging.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and help with a suitable solution.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by law, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
Refunds
